The business of selling tools – whether for construction or gardening purposes – is a no-nonsense type. More likely than not, you would be dealing here with customers who really know what they want to buy. They cannot be persuaded by drivel and other nonsense marketing strategies. You have to be straightforward with the clients and tell them whether you have something that they want or not. If ever you encounter customers who are novices in the tools department, they are very likely to ask you for advice. If what you said turned out to be deceptive or unreliable, you will definitely lose those clients.
